Neighborhood Resource Office

The City of Greeley has the following programs which help promote healthy neighborhoods. Find more information below, or contact us at 970-350-9774.

Resolving Conflict

We can help solve neighborhood spats with mediation services, Conduct Classes and the Good Neighbor Ordinance.

Community Mediation
Avoid conflict and confrontation between neighbors. With the help of a mediator,
neighbors can talk through their issues in a neutral, confidential environment.

Mediation is also available for landlords and tenants.
Housing Rental Guide

Good Neighbor Ordinance
An ordinance that subjects nuisance properties to stiffer penalties and close monitoring; Contact 350-9774.

Neighborhood Conduct Class
This class is held the Third Tuesday of the month, from 5:00-6:00 pm, at the Greeley Police Department (2875 10th St).  Call 350-9774 to register.

Our resource office offers Community Gardening, Share the Shade tree planting, Block Party planning info and Neighborhood Planning help.


Community Gardening

A community garden is a place where people who don’t have space of their own can grow their own produce. We have 41 garden plots that are a minimal fee of $25 per year to rent.
