Citizens Committee for Community Development (CCCD)
The purpose of the CCCD is to make recommendations to the GURA Board of Commissioners concerning:
- Identification of housing and community development needs
- Setting priorities
- Allocation of grant funds from the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development
- Community Development Block Grant
- Home Investment Partnership Program Grant
Residents of low to moderate income neighborhoods, elderly, disabled, and members of minority groups and non-English speaking groups are encouraged to get involved.
Members must be Greeley residents and are appointed by the GURA Board of Commissioners for five-year terms.
This committee meets quarterly.
CCCD Membership Applications are accepted until all vacancies are filled.
Commercial Property Facade Improvement Loan Application
Owners of commercial buildings in the City's Redevelopment District are eligible for low-interest loan assistance for certain building facade improvement projects.
