Greeley Urban Renewal Authority (GURA)

Committed to neighborhood improvements and the development and maintenance of safe, decent, affordable housing for low and moderate income residents.

The City of Greeley, Colorado annually receives two grants from the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD): the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and the HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME) grant.

The grants are to assist the City in matters of community development and housing for the low- moderate-income residents of the City.
