Planning Commission & Zoning Board of Appeals

The Planning Commission for the City of Greeley makes, amends, and adds to the City’s Master Plan for physical development. They exercise control over platting or subdivision of land; drafts official zoning map and recommends amendments to the current zoning map. The Commission also makes and recommends plans for areas in need of redevelopment and submits annual capital improvements plan to City Council. The Commission is made up of seven community volunteers and meet on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month.  The Planning Commission also functions as the Zoning Board of Appeals
