ART Project Schedule (Subject to Change)
ART Schedule
New development projects in the City of Greeley are reviewed by the Administrative Review Team (ART). This team is made up of one Design Review Engineer from the Engineering Development Review Division of the City Managers Office and one Project Planner from the Planning Department.
All new projects are assigned to one planner and one engineer and are handed out for review on the Wednesday following timely submittal of the project documents. The projects are then alloted, generally, two to three weeks for review. After the review is complete, review comments and any necessary civil drawing redlines are prepared and sent to the project owners' engineer or other designated representative. Once the owner and their design team has modified the project design to comply with the review comments, the corrected project documents may then be resubmitted for further review by the ART group.
Most projects are given the opportunity to schedule an ART meeting shortly after the first review has been completed to talk about any questions or clarifications that may need to be addressed. The owner and/or their representatives may wish to schedule additional ART meetings throughout the remainder of the review process.
Once the review process is finished, the Final Construction Drawing Mylars have been signed, the Final Drainage Report has been accepted, and all easements have been dedicated, the project will be ready to submitt for building permits.
