Engineering Development Review
This division serves as a single point of contact for anyone interested in development within the City. The Engineering Development Review oversees new residential and commercial developments. Each new project is assigned to a member of the Engineering Development Review team and a Project Planner, in order to provide developers individual attention during the design review process.

Administrative Review Team

All new projects are handed out for review on the Wednesday following timely submittal of the project documents. The projects are then generally alloted two to three weeks for review. After the review is complete, review comments and any necessary civil drawing redlines are prepared and sent to the project owners' engineer or designated representative. Once the owner and their design team has modified the project design to comply with the review comments, the corrected project documents may then be resubmitted for further review by the ART group.
The owner and/or designated representative are given the opportunity to schedule an ART meeting shortly after the first review has been completed to talk about any questions or clarifications that may need to be addressed.
Once the review process is finished, the Final Construction Drawing Mylars have been signed, the Final Drainage Report has been accepted, and all easements have been dedicated, the project will be ready to submit for building permits.
