This division of the Community Development Department promotes a clean, safe, and sustainable city through the following efforts:


	Code Enforcement Well-maintained neighborhoods make people want to come home, and are essential to healthy communities.		Farmers' Market Buying locally, eating healthy and socializing helps people live longer and get along better.

	Recycling One of the keys to a clean and sustainable city is a sound waste-management strategy, which includes recycling.		Poudre River Trail Every community needs preserved natural areas full of flora, fauna and recreational opportunities.
