additional 500± seasonal and hourly employees (recreation activities, summer
parks, streets, traffic, etc.) in 13 departments. The Human Resources
department provides support to the organization and employees in the areas such
as compensation, benefits, management training, employee development,
recruitment, retention, safety and risk.
