Municipal Court Online Payments

PARKING TICKETS:

Parking tickets are handled differently than traffic or criminal citations.  If you would like to pay a Parking Ticket online, click here to be re-directed to remit-online.com/970001.
Note: Parking tickets may also be paid by mail or in person if you do not choose to pay online.

TRAFFIC TICKETS:

If the "Penalty Assessment" box is marked on your citation, you are eligible to pay your assessed penalty within 30 days from the date you received the citation and avoid coming to court.

You may pay your citation(s) in advance of your Arraignment date and avoid coming to court by:

1. Paying your citation/court fines online at www.citepayusa.com by credit card. You must have the case number or citation number for payment. (CitePayUSA will assess transaction fees for this service.)

2. Mailing payment along with the citation(s) to:

   GREELEY MUNICIPAL COURT

   (The court is not responsible for mail delays)
   
   

3. Paying in person at the Municipal Court office between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday; 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Friday.

If your payment is not received before your court date a bench warrant may be issued for your arrest, an additional $50 warrant fee may be assessed, and/or the DMV may suspend your license.

If your citation is marked as a "Summons" or "Summons and Complaint" you must appear in the Municipal Court on your arraignment date.  You are NOT eligible to pay online and you are NOT able to avoid coming to court on your court date.

Once penalties have been assessed in court, you may then fulfill your obligation by any option listed above – including www.citepayusa.com.
