When visiting the City of Greeley Municipal Court, you may park in the east and west parking lots in front of the Municipal Court at 919 7th Street, Greeley, Colorado. They are located in front of the library and the fire department. In addition to public parking, there is also permit parking. Please be careful not to park in the permit-only areas.
Parking ticket fines are due within 30 calendar days from the date of violation. If payment is not received within the allotted 30 days, a late letter is mailed and fine amounts are
increased. Ticket holders are given an additional 15 calendar days to make full payment. Tickets NOT paid within 45 days from the date of violation will be turned over to a professional collection
agency, at which time a collection fee is also added.

If you have lost your ticket please call the Municipal Court at (970) 350-9230, with the license plate number of the vehicle the ticket was placed on. With the license plate number, Municipal Court Clerks will be able to look up the ticket and amount due.
If you wish to protest a parking ticket, you will need to complete a
Parking Ticket Appeal form and turn it in to the Court Clerk's office. The clerk staff will submit your request for you and you will receive a response from the City Attorney's office with the outcome of your appeal. Court staff cannot negotiate parking tickets.
