Useful Public Service (UPS)

Useful Public Service (UPS) ordered by the Greeley Municipal Court may be completed at any non-profit organization of your choosing.  Work performed for a family member, a business, or an agency with which you have an affiliation does not qualify as useful public service.  Contact the agency to make your arrangements to perform your useful public service hours.

Document your hours worked on the Useful Public Service Work Log.  Make sure that the agency signs the form and provides contact information so that the Court can verify hours worked.

Return the Useful Public Service Work Log to the Greeley Municipal Court two days before your scheduled court date or you must appear in Court as scheduled.  The completed work log can also be emailed to mccourt@greeleygov.com or sent via facsimile to (970) 350-9231.

Please include the party’s full name and contact information, along with the case number(s) and/or citation number(s) on all documents.  If submitting the Useful Public Service Work Log in advance, it is the defendant’s obligation to verify that the Court has approved the completion and vacated the appearance date.
