Event Rentals at Centennial Village Museum
Ideal for intimate events Centennial Village facilities are available weddings, receptions, reunions, picnics, meetings, and other gatherings. With the historic buildings and beautiful gardens as a backdrop, the Village is a perfect place for many events. You may hold your event on days when the museum is closed (Mondays and Tuesdays) or after regular visitor hours Wednesday through Sunday (After 4pm until 10pm).
Weld Centennial Church: Ideal for intimate weddings, the Weld Centennial Church will seat up to 40 people for a wedding or meeting and is wheelchair accessible, heated and air conditioned. Gatherings with food are not permitted in the church and decorations must meet the museums preservation requirements.
1885 Hall House: This Victorian house is perfect for smaller gatherings and events. The Hall House will seat about 30 people for meetings, luncheons, small receptions, etc. The Hall House Terrace will seat up to 50 people for smaller receptions or dinners.
Hanna Square: The spacious brick plazas and surrounding grounds are ideal for outdoor weddings, receptions, picnics, etc. Centennial Village is an open-air public use facility that is subject to weather events.
· Catering space is available for Hanna square and Hall house events. All alcohol must be arranged through our service provider. We can assist you in selecting a caterer familiar with our site or you may select your own. Please call for details if you desire alcohol to be served at your event.
· Rental fees range from $200 to over $900 depending on the options you select and duration. The fee includes the use of tables and chairs, their setup and takedown. You are responsible for other desired services.
· Conditions: Please be aware that Centennial Village is an open-air museum and public use facility. Your event may be subject to weather and public spectators. Please plan accordingly so that your event is a memorable success.
