CPRD LOOKING FOR SPONSORS FOR NORTHERN COLORADO’S

The City of Greeley’s Culture, Parks, and Recreation Department is planning Northern Colorado’s first adult softball league All-Star Game on Saturday, July 27 at Twin Rivers Ball Park located at the Family FunPlex (1501 65th Avenue) in Greeley. Currently they boast the second largest USSSA softball league in the state of Colorado with 135 summer league teams (55 in spring). They are actively looking for a title sponsor and businesses to collaborate with them on the All-Star Game event. The evening which will feature two games – a Men’s & CO-ED league, a Home Run Derby and a T-ball debut with 6-7 year olds will begin at 4pm. They hope teams will bring their families to cheer them on and participate in the festivities.
Twin Rivers Softball Complex hosts adult softball league games 6 days a week. This year, the summer league has 76 all men’s teams and 59 CO-Ed teams – thus far 60 teams have signed-up to be a part of the All-Star Game. Each team lists a minimum of 10 players on their roster, with most teams batting 12 with rosters registering 14+ participants. Each Year Twin Rivers hosts over 1,500 visitors to the complex weekly.
In addition, Twin Rivers Ball Fields are home to 19-25 weekend youth and adult tournaments/activities that take place from March-October. Triple Crown Sports hosts their largest annual fast-pitch college showcase tournament in Colorado. Teams from all over the nation travel to Colorado with Twin Rivers’ hosting the Juniors All-Star game. This year the games are set for July 1-7 – bringing large crowds (roughly 1,000 people) to the complex all 7 days.
The title sponsor of the event, will have their logo placed on all event t-shirts, plaques and can hang a banner out at the ball fields. Other recognition will be provided on all publicity materials, web site, eNewsletters and social media outlets.
