Subject: Beloved Children’s Book Comes to the UCCC Stage

The Union Colony Civic Center is bringing a beloved popular children’s book to the stage as Tall Stories presents The Snail and the Whale on Thursday, April 10, at 6:30 pm.

The story is based on a snail that longs to see the world, so she hitches a lift on the tail of a humpback whale. But when the whale gets beached, the tiny snail must find a way to save him. This famous tale is told through the eyes of a very adventurous young girl, who would love to be going round the world with her seafaring father.
This stage performance features storytelling, live music, lots of laughs, and is for children and families of all ages.
For further information and tickets, contact the UCCC ticket office at 970-356-5000, 1-800-315-ARTS, or go online at www.ucstars.com. The UCCC’s 25th Anniversary is the season to Come See The Stars!
The Union Colony Civic Center is proudly owned and operated by the City of Greeley.
