Subject: The Band Yesterday Invades UCCC with Beatles Tribute

Just in time for the 50 year anniversary of the Beatles in America, the group Yesterday: The Beatles Tribute Show Band is bringing back the nostalgia of the 1960’s with a Beatles tribute concert at the Union Colony Civic Center in Greeley, on Friday, May 9, at 7:30 pm.
Yesterday has been touring around the world since 1986, remaining completely faithful to the original arrangements, singing memorable songs to the teens of the Beatles era and the teens of today. Listening to the band is like taking a time machine back as they perform the billboard hits of The Beatles.

The four members of Yesterday have said that it is a great honor to recreate the Beatles' music; so much so that they have dedicated themselves to the look, act, and mannerisms of the Beatles. They even have the British accent to match. As they enjoy the show, audiences have found it difficult to differentiate the tribute band from the actual group.

Frank Mendonca preserves the cool charisma of Paul McCartney; Don Bellezzo maintains the authenticity of John Lennon; Monte Mann embodies the known bashfulness of George Harrison; and Dick Cunico, just like Ringo Starr, is lively on the drums. The style and melodic resemblance is perfect for continuing the legacy of the Beatles.

Whether a baby boomer, millennial, generation X, Y or Z, child or teen, the invasion of Yesterday will sing, dance, and captivate you just as the Beatles did when their music was making history.
