Air
Eventhough we can't see it, feel it, or taste it, we can only survive about four minutes without air, so we have to keep it clean. As a result, the City has programs to address the following:
Ozone
Smoke
Odor To report an offensive outdoor odor, call the Odor Hotline at (970) 350-9831 between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., Monday - Friday, October 1 - March 31 and from 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. 7 days a week, April 1 - September 30. Please leave your name, address, and phone number, as well as the location where you detected the odor--if different from your address--an accurate description of the odor and its intensity, along with the direction the wind was blowing.
