Policies and General Information
Greeley-Evans Transit makes every effort to operate according to the schedule and routing as advertised. However, occasionally there are circumstances such as construction projects, traffic congestion, weather, passenger assistance and others that prevent GET from maintaining the schedules. In no event shall Greeley-Evans Transit be held liable for late operation or disruptions of service.
Fixed route, Paratransit, and Call - N - Ride services are not available on the following national holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Eve Day
- Christmas Day
Lost and Found
Found items of value are taken to the Greeley Police Department. All other items are placed in lost and found and may be claimed at the Greeley-Evans Transit office.
Unclaimed items will be donated to charity after a reasonable period of time. Greeley-Evans Transit is not responsible for items left on transit vehicles.

Information in non-English alternative formats can be obtained through the offices of Greeley-Evans Transit. Individuals will be permitted to use service animals as defined within the Americans with Disabilities Act guidelines, if necessary.
Grievance Procedure and Title VI Discrimination Complaints
The purpose of the Greeley-Evans Transit Grievance Procedure is to inform clients who request transportation and/or are provided transportation by Greeley-Evans Transit of their rights and obligations in the Greeley-Evans Transit Grievance Procedure. This procedure shall be considered as a voluntary compliance mechanism to provide the opportunity for residents of Greeley and Evans to appropriately correct physical facilities, programs, services, and or activities for compliance with various Federal and State transit regulations.
If you have contacted us and we have not been able to satisfactorily resolve your complaint or for any person who believes they have been discriminated against under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act and desires to file a complaint, please file a grievance.
