Each year the Greeley Water & Sewer Board takes a tour of water and sewer facilities in an effort learn about new and developing projects. This year the tour is an opportunity to see how the City of Greeley has been working to secure water supplies in light of this year’s fires. Members of the public are invited to be part of the tour. Please RSVP to Lory Stephens at 970-350-9812 by July 25th. Space is limited.
The following sites will be included on the tour:
- Diversion Structure or Milton Seaman Reservoir
- Bellvue Water Treatment Plant
- The future Chimney Hollow Reservoir site
- Poudre Ponds
- Boyd Lake Water Treatment Plant
- Gold Hill Water Tower
A light breakfast will be served before the tour begins. Lunch is at the Bellvue Water Treatment Plant.
