Weld County Regional Communication Center Accredited Center of Excellence
For the second time, the
Weld County Regional Communications Center has been named an Accredited Center of Excellence by the International Academies of Emergency Dispatch. Re-accreditation occurs every three years. To be an ACE center, the Center must maintain high standards of 911 call-taking, emergency medical response, and ensure industry protocol is being met every month.
University of Northern Colorado: NCAA Public Recognition AwardThe UNC cross country programs and women's golf team were recipients of the
NCAA Public Recognition Award. This is an honor given to teams with an NCAA Division I Academic Progress Rate in the top 10% of all squads in their respective sports based on the APR data released earlier this year. The 2019 scoring period was the fifth-straight period the three programs recorded a perfect score of 1,000.
