City staff started designing a new storm drainage facility in the Sunrise neighborhood – along the Cache la Poudre River near 10th Street and U.S. 85. Officials invite the community to attend a special open house from 6-8 p.m., July 28, at Charlie and Laura Archibeque Park to help guide this project’s design.
