The City of Greeley will launch a new online billing system for water utilities in November 2025. The new system will make it easier for customers to pay bills and track water use in one place. All customers will need to set up a new account to keep paying bills online.

Beginning Thursday, May 1, the City of Greeley’s Homeless Solutions Outreach Team will adopt updated hours to better align with community resources. After a year of serving the community, the team has determined that these changes will enhance its ability to meet community needs.
