Security is required in Island Grove facilities during events serving liquor. Renters will set up their events with one of our preferred security companies on the list below. There must be 2 security guards present for every 100 guests up to 300 guests. After 300 guests, 1 security guard must be present for every 100 guests (ex. If there are 300 guests, 6 security guards must be present. If there are 400 guests, 7 security guards must be present). All security guards must be present the entire duration of the event until all guests have vacated the facility. Once event guests have vacated the facility, two (2) security guards must remain at the facility until all remaining persons have vacated the facility (band members, decorators, vendors, etc.)
