Take the 2022 Community Survey

If your household receives a resident survey in the mail, you have been randomly selected to participate—please take 10 minutes to complete it. Your feedback will help the city evaluate priorities and make decisions that affect our community.

What is the Resident Survey?

Since 2013, Greeley has conducted a resident survey every two or three years to understand how residents rate the quality of life in the city, their satisfaction with city services and amenities, and how they would like the city to communicate and engage with them. Residents can also share their priorities for the City of Greeley government to consider in planning and resource allocation. City staff and elected officials use the feedback from the survey to understand trends year-to-year.

The City has contracted with the National Research Center/Polco to collect statistically valid data that represents the City of Greeley’s demographics and geography. Statistically valid data helps the City capture and measure the broad range of diverse opinions in the Greeley community.

In 2022, 3,000 households have been randomly selected to participate in the sample, and residents will have the option to complete the survey and return it through postage-paid mail or go online to complete the survey in either English or Spanish. For those who are not randomly selected, there will be an option to complete the survey online. The City will also be simultaneously conducting a non-resident survey of neighboring communities to gather feedback and perceptions of Greeley.

The data will be compiled and presented to City Council in early 2023.
