City of Greeley Schedule for Martin Luther King Jr. Day

City of Greeley administrative buildings will close for Martin Luther King Jr. holiday on Monday, Jan. 16.

Operating on Regular Schedule

Greeley-Evans Transit and emergency services, including fire and police, will operate as usual.

Recreation Hours

Facilities with adjusted hours of operations:

  • Greeley Recreation Center, 651 10th Ave, Greeley, CO 80631
  • Family FunPlex, 1501 65th Ave, Greeley, CO 80634
  • Greeley Ice Haus, 900 8th Ave, Greeley, CO 80631
  • Rodarte Community Center 920 A St, Greeley, CO 80631

The Greeley Active Adult Center will be closed.

Golf Courses

Weather permitting, both city courses will be open.

  • Highland Hills Golf Course, 2200 Clubhouse Dr, Greeley, CO 80634
  • Boomerang Links Golf Course, 7309 W. 4th St, Greeley, CO 80634

Day of Service Opportunity

This year's annual Martin Luther King Jr. event will be celebrated through a day of service. Join the University of Northern Colorado, UNC's Marcus Garvey Cultural Center, and the City of Greeley in the recognition. Register to volunteer with community non-profits around Greeley that need assistance. Registration is required. Registration and more information can be found at MLK Celebration (unco.edu).
