The deadline for the 2019 Water Conservation Rebate Program is only weeks away. To qualify for a rebate, products must be purchased between Jan. 1, 2019 and Dec. 31, 2019. All applications must be submitted before Jan. 15, 2020. The rebate program will continue next year for products purchased within the 2020 calendar year. Only City of Greeley water customers are eligible to participate.

Toilets
The City of Greeley offers rebates ONLY for toilets that use 0.8 gallons per flush or less. A $50 rebate is available and an additional $25 will be added for those who recycle toilets at the GROW Recycling Center, 1130 E 8th St. If you don’t see one of these toilets on the shelf, ask. Most stores will be happy to order one in for you.

Irrigation Rebates
After an irrigation audit, Greeley water customers become eligible for irrigation rebates on products such as smart irrigation controllers, pressure reducing valves, and new sprinkler heads. Greeley staff conduct audits between April and October. Please visit greeleygov.com/audits to sign up for an irrigation audit in 2020.

Commercial Rebates
Greeley water customers can save water at commercial, industrial, multifamily, non-profit, and governmental properties by installing water-efficient appliances and fixtures. In addition to the rebate program, the city offers free indoor and outdoor audits to commercial properties that can help determine what products make sense for an organization. Large-scale projects, with rebates totaling more than $1,000, should seek pre-approved to ensure the rebate program has funds available.
