8th Street East of Greeley Closed Daily for Storm Pipe Replacement
8th Street east of Greeley will close daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday, July 8-20 to remove and replace aging storm pipes between Balsam Avenue and Weld County Road 49.
These pipes cross 8th Street in five locations and closures will change and adjust as work moves from pipe to pipe. Detours have been designed to move traffic around the work sites and signs will direct drivers to the appropriate alternate routes.
Greeley’s contractor will work Monday through Saturday to complete this project in the shortest time possible.
