Greeley households with an income of up to 60% of the state median income level may qualify to receive financial assistance for water services through the Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program.
The application period for the program is open Nov. 1, 2022, through April 30, 2023. Funds are limited and will be distributed on a first-come-first-served basis.

The Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program is a new emergency program offered through the American Rescue Plan Act in response to needs caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The purpose of the program is to provide support to households whose services have been disconnected due to non-payment or have a past-due amount for their drinking water/wastewater services.
