City Meeting Portal Offers Enhanced Access to Public Meetings

GREELEY, Colo. — Starting February 1, the City of Greeley will simplify how residents access official city meetings. Residents will have a one-stop shop for playing live and recorded meetings, agendas, presentations and minutes on the city meeting portal at greeleyco.portal.civicclerk.com. Residents will be able to access information on City Council meetings, work sessions, and eventually all board and commission meetings through the portal.

This secure and user-friendly platform gives residents a better way to find accurate and accessible official city content in one location. Official meeting recordings will transition away from YouTube. This change protects videos from alteration, resolves issues with limited access due to internet restrictions, and makes finding City of Greeley content easier.

How to Access Meetings via the City Meeting Portal
Beginning February 1, residents can play live meetings using Zoom through the City Meeting Portal. To access meetings, follow these simple steps.

  • Enter the Portal: Visit greeleygov.com and click the "City Meeting Portal" button under the "Top Links" header. Or navigate to greeleyco.portal.civicclerk.com
  • Find Your Meeting: Browse or search for the desired meeting by date or topic.
  • Select and Learn More: Click on the meeting to read its agenda and other materials. Options are in the left-hand column.
  • Select and Play: To play a live meeting, search for the desired meeting. When the meeting begins, look for a red dot and the word "live" next to the header. Residents may need to refresh the webpage to make this appear. Another option is to click on the desired meeting, then click "Meeting Media" in the left-hand column. Again, the page may need to be refreshed.
  • Play Recordings: Search for the desired meeting to access recordings on demand. Click the video icon on the right or select the meeting and then choose "Meeting Media" in the left-hand column.

Residents can still share their comments at City Council meetings in person or online using hybrid options. Detailed instructions for participation are on each meeting agenda and the portal site.

For questions or support, please contact Greeley City Clerk’s staff at cityclerks@greeleygov.com or call 970-350-9740.

The City of Greeley is committed to transparency and keeping residents connected to their local government. Visit greeleyco.portal.civicclerk.com to explore upcoming and past meetings.

Greeley City Council meetings are held on the first and third Tuesdays of each month in the City Council Chambers, 1001 11th Avenue in Greeley. Council work sessions take place on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month. Meetings are conducted in a hybrid format. Residents can attend meetings in person or remotely.
