GREELEY, Colo. — City of Greeley administrative buildings will close for the Juneteenth federal holiday on Wednesday, June 19.
Emergency services, including fire and police, will operate as usual.
City facilities closed on Juneteenth
Union Colony Civic Center box office (Noon-5 p.m.), 701 10th Avenue.
Greeley Recreation Center pool remains closed for locker room renovations.
City facilities open on Juneteenth
Greeley Active Adult Center, 1010 6th Street—Hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Greeley Ice Haus, 900 8th Avenue—Hours: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Family FunPlex, 1501 65th Avenue—Hours: 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. Pool hours: noon to 8 p.m.
Greeley Recreation Center, 651 10th Avenue—Hours: 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Greeley-Evans Transit (GET) and the Poudre Express Bus Route, 101 11th Avenue
Rodarte Community Center, 920 A Street
City facilities open on regular schedule – weather permitting
Highland Hills Golf Course, 2200 Clubhouse Drive
Boomerang Links Golf Course, 7309 West 4th Street

The City of Greeley added Juneteenth as a paid holiday for employees in 2023, following President Biden’s designation of Juneteenth as a federal holiday observing the end of slavery in America.
