Community Conversation on Homelessness Continues - Video and Survey Now Available

On April 13 and 14, City of Greeley officials hosted the second round of community conversations on homelessness and housing alternatives in Greeley. A video recording of the in-person meeting, held April 14, and a survey to provide feedback are now available at for anyone unable to attend.

Materials from the meetings are also provided which include feedback from community stakeholder interviews and previous community conversations.

Officials encourage residents to watch the video and take a few minutes to provide their thoughts via the survey, which includes questions and discussion points from the meetings.

Staff will combine survey feedback and comments from the virtual and in-person meetings for the overall assessment of homelessness and housing needs in Greeley. The deadline for completing the survey is Wednesday, May 4.

City officials will hold one more series of Community Conversations May 18 and 19, including in-person and virtual meetings.

The next round of conversations will focus on recommendations for homeless services, local coordination, and housing options in Greeley based on feedback from the February and April meetings and online surveys. Participants will discuss the costs and financial feasibility of those recommendations, funding options, and prioritize the next steps.
