Energy Action Plan Open House
The City of Greeley invites the public to offer feedback on the draft Energy Action Plan at an open house on Monday, September 9. The meeting is held from 4 to 5 p.m. at City Center South, 1001 11th Avenue on the 2nd floor in the Colorado Room.
Through Xcel Energy’s Partners in Energy program, the City collaborated with a group of community stakeholders to draft an Energy Action Plan. It is intended to move the community towards its energy efficiency and cost savings goals.
A series of goals and strategies were developed related to residential, business, municipal, and institutional efficiency and cost savings. With adoption, the City would work with its partners to pursue implementation of the strategies and work to achieve the vision of an affordable and reliable energy future for the community.
