Free HOA Workshop Helps Residents Navigate City Codes
Learn about local rules and connect with city staff on June 12.
GREELEY, Colo. — The City of Greeley invites residents and property managers to a free workshop on Thursday, June 12. City staff will share about Greeley codes and rules that affect homeowners associations (HOAs).
The evening will start with a talk by Communications and Engagement Director Winna MacLaren. She will cover topics such as the city budget, major projects, housing, public safety, downtown and plans for West Greeley.
Staff from Public Works, Planning, Building Inspection, Code Compliance, Water Conservation, Forestry and the Neighborhood Resource Office will also speak. They will cover a variety of topics, such as fire pit and grill safety, landscaping rules, tree care and more.
Afterwards, attendees can meet with city staff to ask questions about specific topics.
The workshop takes place from 5:30-8 p.m. at the Greeley Family FunPlex, 1501 65th Avenue. Light refreshments will be served.
