Free Workshops to Manage HOAs Return in 2023
Greeley residents and property managers can register for
free workshops to support the successful management of homeowner’s associations
(HOAs)and boards.
The dates and topics of the HOA trainings are:
March 6: Board Member Basics: HOA 101
June 8: Necessary Evils: Collections, Foreclosures and
Covenant Enforcement
September 13: A Smorgasbord of Legal Stuff for Association
Governance
December 7: Silent Documents – What Authority Do We Have?
All classes will be held from 5:30-8 p.m. at the Greeley
Family Funplex at 1501 65th Avenue. Light refreshments will be
served. Pre-registration is required by contacting the Community Development
Office at 970-350-9780 or planning@greeleygov.com.
The City of Greeley, in conjunction with Altitude Community
Law P.C., are partnering to hold the series.
