Greeley Winter Farmers’ Market Begins November 2
The ninth annual Winter Farmers' Market in Greeley opens on Nov. 2. The Winter Market moves to Zoe's Café and Events at 715 10th St. Join us at the Winter Market on the first and third Saturdays of the month from November through April from 9 a.m. to noon. Shop for local food and enjoy live music.
The first market of the season is a special one as it teams up with the Linen Sky Open-Air Market. In addition to regular Farmers' Market fare, additional vendors will sell high-quality handmade natural gifts and products from 9 to 3 p.m. on Nov. 2 at Zoe's. The Linen Sky Open-Air Market is brought to you by Free Leaf and the Greeley's Farmers' Market.
This season features a great line up of vendors selling hardy root crops, winter squash, greenhouse-grown produce, locally raised meat, a fresh selection of breads, coffee, and honey. "It's important to support the local food community and healthy eating," said Deb DeBoutez, Manager of the Greeley Farmers' Market. "The goal is to create a market with a consistent offering of foods within the five food groups as well as an ambiance to relax and visit with your farmer. Plus, it's in a warm room with lots of Colorado sunshine."
The Summer Farmers’ Market is open on Saturdays until the end of October. Don’t miss the bounty of the fall harvest from 8 a.m. until noon at the Union Pacific Depot, 902 7th Ave.
