HOA Workshop on Covenant Enforcement - March 21
No matter how much a Homeowners Association (HOA) tries to obtain voluntary compliance community rules, there still seems to be at least one person in the crowd that refuses to comply. To help associations deal with this and other issues, the City of Greeley is offering a series of free workshops for current and prospective HOA board members.
The next seminar will be on Thursday, March 21 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Greeley Council Chambers at City Center South, 1001 11th Ave. The focus is this workshop is covenant enforcement. Topics discussed include processes, legal requirements, common pitfalls, and best practices.
The presenter for this workshop will be Jeff Smith and Azra Taslimi. Both are lawyers from Altitude Community Law Firm.
