Office Moves – Renovation at City Center North
Renovation of the first floor at City Center North (formerly City Hall Annex or United Plaza), 1100 10th Street, is tentatively scheduled to begin in February or March of 2019. The Building Inspection and Fire Marshall/Inspection offices will be moved to the third floor for the duration of the renovation, which is expected to be complete by September of 2019.
The reception area for all of Community Development will also be located on the third floor during the period of construction. The City of Greeley Community Development department provides a variety of building and enforcement-related services for the public. These include Planning & Zoning, Engineering Development Review, Code Compliance, Building Inspection, Civil Inspection and Historic Preservation. All customers and citizens should check in at the third floor reception area to receive information or submit plans.

After the renovation, Building Inspection, Fire Inspection, Civil Inspection, Code Compliance, and administration/reception will be located on the first floor.
