The Union Colony Civic Center, 701 10^th Ave., welcomes the Reduced Shakespeare Company as they perform “The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (abridged) [revised]” on Saturday, October 5, at 7:30 p.m.

The Reduced Shakespeare Company does the almost impossible, the troupe performs the complete works of William Shakespeare – all 37 Plays – in 97 Minutes. “The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged) [Revised]” is an irreverent, fast-paced romp through the poet’s plays. Join these men in tights as they weave their wicked way through all of Shakespeare’s comedies, histories and tragedies in one wild and memorable ride that leaves audiences breathless and helpless with laughter.

“The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged) [Revised]” was London’s longest running comedy, having clocked a very palpable nine years in London’s West End at the Criterion Theatre. The show has been seen at the Kennedy Center and Off-Broadway.
