Unlock HOA Success: Free Workshop on Greeley Codes
GREELEY, Colo. — The City of Greeley invites Greeley residents and property managers to a workshop on Thursday, October 10, from 5:30-8 p.m. at the Greeley Family FunPlex, 1501 65th Avenue.
City staff will give quick presentations on city codes that affect homeowner associations (HOAs), including fire pit and grill regulations, xeriscaping, snow removal timelines and more.
After the presentations, residents can chat directly with experts from Public Works, Planning, Building Inspection, Code Compliance, Water & Sewer – Water Conservation, and Emergency Management. Plus, Humanz Mediate, an on-call mediation service, will be available to help answer questions.
The presentation is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served.
