The City of Greeley is excited to launch a new utility portal in November 2025. The City of Greeley Utility Portal will replace both the current water utility billing system and the WaterSmart program.

The new Greeley Utility Portal will make it easier to pay bills online and manage your water usage – all in one place. Customers will no longer have to log into two different systems to access their information.

The new Greeley Utility Portal is part of the city’s efforts to improve city services and provide a better customer experience. 

The new Greeley Utility Portal gives you access to your water bills and water usage data in one location. You will no longer need to log into two different accounts to access your information. The new system provides a much better experience and has multiple benefits for Greeley water utility customers. 

When the new Greeley Utility Portal launches in November 2025, the WaterSmart portal will no longer be available. Your water usage information and related resources will be available in the new Greeley Utility Portal instead. 

Once the new Greeley Utility Portal launches in November 2025, there will be a ‘Create Your New Account’ link at greeleygov.com/my-utilities. This page will also feature step-by-step instructions, tutorial videos, and additional help resources. 

When the new Greeley Utility Portal launches in November 2025, a variety of resources will be available to help you create your new account. Digital literacy trainings will be available at the LINC Library Innovation Center in Greeley.

The only personal information needed to create your new account is your name and address. This enables us to connect your account and ensure you are paying the correct water/sewer bill.
