- Qualifications: Greeley Resident,
- Structure: 7 members. 4 individuals with a disability and/or the parent/guardian of a minor or adult child with a disability and shall include representation with a variety of disabilities. 3 members shall be representatives of a local employer or community members at large.
- Terms: 3 year terms, 2 term limit
- Average Commitment: 2 hours per month
