APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR NEW AND TRANSFER APPLICATIONS.
Please schedule an appointment through our booking portal after reading and completing all required documents as explained in our Liquor License Applicant Guidelines. Required City of Greeley documents are provided below, as well as links to Colorado Liquor Enforcement Division forms.

LIQUOR LICENSING APPOINTMENTS ARE AVAILABLE IN-PERSON AT CITY HALL (City Center North, 1100 10TH STREET, GREELEY COLORADO 80631) OR VIRTUALLY (via Microsoft Teams) DURING THE BELOW TIMES:
MONDAY, THURSDAY: 1:00PM - 4:00PM (LAST APPOINTMENT AT 3:15PM)
TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY: 9:00AM - 12:00PM (LAST APPOINTMENT AT 11:15AM)
Only complete applications will be accepted
City Clerk staff will go through the packet with you and ensure that you have all of the required documentation.
Once your application is complete you may submit your application in person at: City Center North 1100 10th Street, Greeley CO or via email to liquorlicensing@greeleygov.com. Please indicate the type of application you are submitting in the subject line.
Example: NEW LIQUOR LICENSE, Name of Business, Review Date
City staff cannot provide legal advice. If you have questions pertaining to the kind of application you should be completing, please seek the advice of legal counsel before scheduling your appointment with City staff.

The Liquor Licensing Authority meetings are held via Zoom. Please review the application deadline dates for liquor licensing meeting dates:
SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT
Thinking of having an event and want to sell or serve alcohol? Certified 501c3 non-profit organizations can apply for liquor permits called "Special Events Permit". Complete applications must be received at least 30-days prior to your event. Please contact the City Clerk's Office with any questions.
