A Historic Preservation Commission public hearing for the proposed alterations of the property at 820 9th Street has been scheduled for Monday, April 20, 2020. The application will be available in the agenda packet and available for viewing on the Historic Preservation Commission web page: greeleygov.com/government/b-c/boards-and-commissions/historic-preservation by April 17.

The Historic Preservation Commission public hearing will begin at 4 p.m. and is available for livestream viewing on the City of Greeley’s YouTube channel: www.youtube.com/user/CityofGreeley. There will not be a physical place for the public to watch or participate in City of Greeley meetings in light of the governor’s Stay-at-Home Order.

For the public hearing portion, members of the public are asked to submit their comments and questions to planning@greeleygov.com, which will be read into the record in real-time. Members of the public are also welcome to submit input or comments prior to the hearing by sending an e-mail to betsy.kellums@greeleygov.com. Those comments and questions will need to be submitted by the date of the hearing and will also be read into the record at the meeting. Comments, questions, and input must relate to the advertised public hearing for 820 9th Street.
