Crow Creek Construction continues to install underground infrastructure for new neighborhood
GREELEY, Colo. — Sections of 83rd Avenue from F Street to 10th Street will remain closed as local contractor Crow Creek Construction continues to install underground utilities and roadwork for a new neighborhood development.
Initially expected to last three to six months across two phases, Crow Creek’s road work is now estimated to last through October and possibly into November, resulting in a four-month closure. In the meantime, the City of Greeley is working closely with the developer to establish a timeline for reopening certain sections of 4th Street and 83rd Avenue to improve traffic operations in the area.
During the ongoing work, traffic on 83rd Avenue will continue be diverted at both O Street and 10th Street. Detour signs will guide traffic to utilize 59th Avenue as an alternative route. Local traffic to the Poudre River Ranch neighborhood will be still allowed from the north.
The city requests that all other road users please follow detour signage until work has been completed.
Please contact Crow Creek Construction at (970) 330-5070 with questions or concerns.
