Utility Billing

The city continues to work through the COVID-19 health crisis. During this time, we are still processing utility and sales tax payments put in the drop box at City Hall; payments made online at greeleygov.com; payments mailed to our lockbox – City Hall, 1000 10th St., Greeley, CO 80631.

If you cannot submit your payment using those options, please leave a voicemail or an email with your contact information. Staff check messages daily and process payments Mondays and Wednesdays when they can access credit card machines. Leave your contact information in the voicemail or the email and we will call you back on payment processing days. To protect your personal and confidential information, please do not put your credit card information in an email or a voicemail.

You must reach the 'Payment Results' screen in order to have the amount posted to your account.

Payments post next business day, but show as pending upon completion of your transaction.
