1. Pay Online
Pay Online
You can pay your water and sewer bills in several different ways. The easiest is through our online portal, where you can pay securely with an electronic check or credit/debit card. You can access multiple accounts 24/7 from this location, go paperless (if enrolled), and receive billing reminders and receipts via email.
How to enroll: Provide:
- Your account number
- Your name as it appears on your bill (all caps, last name first).
To pay without enrolling, click on PAY NOW in the portal.

3. Drop Off Your Payment
Customers can use a drive-thru payment window on the southwest corner of the City Hall parking lot.
Pay in person at:
1000 10th Street
Open M-F; 8 am - 5 pm
You can also drop off your payment in the 24-hour drop box next to the drive-thru payment window.

Changing Rental Properties?
If you are moving in or out of a property, please complete the Modify Your Utility Billing Account Online to submit a request to transfer service.
What you will need:
- New Tenant - Lease and ID
- New Property Manager - Property management agreement
Just Bought or Sold a Property?
The title company will order a final bill for the property, scheduled two business days before closing.
The title company will collect the final bill amount at closing. The buyer and seller of the property will complete a transfer of ownership form. We ask the title company to submit the transfer of ownership form shortly after closing to ensure a timely transfer of services.
