GREELEY, Colo. — The City of Greeley will launch a new online billing system for water utilities in November 2025. The new system will make it easier for customers to pay bills and track water use in one place. All customers will need to set up a new account to keep paying bills online.
Benefits to Greeley Utility Customers
The new Greeley Utility Portal will offer benefits over the current billing system. Online payments will be easier to make, and customers will be able to set up automatic payments to avoid ever paying a late fee.
The new system will help customers understand how they use water, spot possible leaks and find ways to save. Users can see their water use and trends, get alerts for sudden spikes that may mean a leak, and even receive leak warnings on their phone.
Local water savings resources and incentives will also be accessible to encourage participation.
What Greeley Residents Need to Do
When the new Greeley Utility Portal launches in November, customers should create a new online account at greeleyco.gov/my-utilities. Old accounts won't carry over, so anyone who pays bills online must set up a new account. If they don't, they'll receive paper bills and won't be able to use the portal's helpful features.
Enrollment Help in Multiple Languages
Greeley Water and Sewer wants as many people as possible to use the new system to improve service and cut down on paper waste. When it launches, customers can get help through step-by-step guides, video tutorials, and support in multiple languages.
