eTRAKiT Online Planning System Coming June 2018!
We are implementing a new online system – eTRAKiT – to facilitate the best access
possible for all development related activities. Once implemented, all development projects, permits,
and inspections must be submitted and requested through this portal. We'll have more information, including how-to's, available soon.
The Community Development Department will be closed June 1 and June 4 in order to implement our new project, permitting, and management software - TRAKiT. Normal office hours will resume on Tuesday, June 5.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience to our citizens and customers.
Well-maintained neighborhoods are essential to healthy communities. Our inspectors enforce municipal code rules related to zoning, health and safety, sanitation, parking and vehicles, as well as environmental concerns.

Neighborhood Building Blocks
NB2 is a team of City representatives assembled to provide a coordinated response to
complex issues through the following interdepartmental program.
NB2's core function is to respond to complex issues requiring the attention of more than
one City department or division. Neighbors report problems through the City Clerk's
Office and team members are called to action, responding within 48 hours to issues like
property maintenance, alleged crime, traffic and neighbor disputes.
For more information or to initiate an NB2 response call the City Clerk's Office at 970-350-9740 or NRO at 970-350-4167.
