We do this through news updates, social media, e-newsletters and GTV8 (Channel 8 is available to Comcast subscribers in Greeley, Evans and LaSalle and online for everyone). If you have contacted Comcast/Xfinity Customer Service and they have not been responsive, the City of Greeley may be able to assist if the service address is within Greeley's city limits.
