The City of Greeley will be strictly following city ordinances relating to the sale and use of fireworks during the 4th of July season. Please note that the City of Greeley has not enforced these ordinances in recent years.
Any person caught using or creating an illegal firework will be fined. The fireworks will be taken and destroyed at the owner’s expense per city codes.
The Greeley Police Department is increasing the number of officers available to respond to fireworks complaints this summer. The Greeley Fire Department is expanding inspection of fireworks stand to ensure that no illegal fireworks are sold.

Greeley Stampede
The firework shows take place at Island Grove Park. Catch great views from anywhere in Island Grove Park and the surrounding area. There are two chances to see Stampede fireworks this year.

Greeley Country Club
The display begins at dusk, between 9 and 9:30 p.m. on the 4th of July. The Country Club and parking lot is for members only, but see the fireworks from nearby parks and business parking lots in West Greeley.
