The Greeley Historic Preservation Commission invites the public to the final walking tour for 2017, a bilingual walking tour of the Downtown on Monday, September 11th at noon. Betsy Kellums, Greeley Historic Preservation Specialist, and Maribel Talamantes, Greeley Community Engagement Specialist, will lead the tour in English and Spanish. The tour will feature significant buildings around Lincoln Park, and this free public tour begins at the gazebo in Lincoln Park at noon. No reservations are required, but participants should wear walking shoes and bring a water bottle.
The walking tours provide citizens with a chance to hear about and see interesting sites with historical, cultural and architectural significance to Greeley. This is the final tour for 2017.
For more information, contact Betsy Kellums in the Historic Preservation Office at firstname.lastname@example.org or 970-350-9222.
