City of Greeley Schedule for Juneteenth

City of Greeley administrative buildings will close for the Juneteenth federal holiday on Monday, June 19. Emergency services, including fire and police, will operate as usual.

Facilities Open on Regular Schedule

  • Greeley Recreation Center, 651 10th Avenue
  • Family FunPlex, 1501 65th Avenue
  • Greeley Ice Haus, 900 8th Avenue

Facilities Open on Regular Schedule Weather Permitted

  • Highland Hills Golf Course, 2200 Clubhouse Drive
  • Boomerang Links Golf Course, 7309 W. 4th Street

Facilities Closed

  • Greeley Active Adult Center, 1010 6th Street
  • Greeley-Evans Transit, 101 11th Avenue
  • Rodarte Community Center 920 A Street

The City of Greeley added Juneteenth as a paid holiday for employees starting in 2023, following President Biden's designation of Juneteenth as a federal holiday observing the end of slavery in America.
