The Union Colony Civic Center (UCCC) in Greeley announced its spring 2024 lineup, with musical and theatrical performances that cross genres and generations.

Spring 2024 Lineup
This spring, the UCCC brings you shows that will move you – from award-winning vocalists and music legends to comedy, drama, and a Broadway-bound musical.
Chanticleer
7:30 p.m. Friday, January 26 | $63-$33
The Grammy Award-winning vocal ensemble Chanticleer – described as “the world’s reigning male chorus” by The New Yorker – is known around the world as “an orchestra of voices” for its wide-ranging repertoire and dazzling virtuosity. Named for the “clear-singing” rooster in Geoffrey Chaucer’s Canterbury Tales, Chanticleer has sold over one million recordings and performed thousands of live concerts to audiences around the world. Rooted in the Renaissance, the ensemble’s repertoire has expanded to include classical, gospel, jazz, popular music, and new compositions and arrangements.
Johnny Cash: The Official Concert Experience
7 p.m. Sunday, February 4 | $73-$43
Bringing songs and stories from the “Man in Black” to the stage in a way that audiences haven’t seen or heard before. With video of Johnny from episodes of The Johnny Cash TV Show projected on a screen above the stage, a live band and singers will accompany him in perfect sync. This concert experience will showcase iconic performances from the TV show and highlight the spirit of the legend by revisiting some of his memorable words and anecdotes. Performances will include some of his biggest hits, including “Folsom Prison Blues,” “Ring of Fire,” and “I Walk the Line.” They will also include stories of people he met along the way whose causes he championed – the working men from all walks of life. Plus, onstage male and female singers will split vocal duties performing their own takes on Cash hits.
Stomp
7:30 p.m. Friday, February 16 | $88-$48
Explosive, inventive, provocative, witty, and utterly unique: Stomp is an unforgettable experience for audiences of all ages. This international percussion sensation has garnered armfuls of awards and rave reviews and has appeared on numerous national television shows. The eight-member troupe uses everything but conventional percussion instruments – matchboxes, wooden poles, brooms, garbage cans, Zippo lighters, hubcaps – to fill the stage with magnificent rhythms. As the Boston Globe says, “If you haven’t seen STOMP, GO! If you have seen it, take someone and share the pleasure!” STOMP. See what all the noise is about.
Air Play

In Air Play, umbrellas fly, fabrics soar over the audience, balloons swallow people, and snow swirls, filling the stage. With beauty and laughter, Air Play bounces on the edge of definition: part comedy, part sculpture, part circus, part theater. Great for all ages, Air Play has played from the southernmost opera house in the world in Chile, to London’s Royal Festival Hall, to Melbourne's State Theatre, and Shanghai’s Grand Theatre. Air Play is a visual poem, using no words, and brings to life the very air we breathe.
Keillor & Company

Keillor & Company is an evening of stand-up, storytelling, audience song, and poetry starring Garrison Keillor and featuring pianist Dan Chouinard and vocalist Prudence Johnson. There are sung sonnets, limericks and musical jokes, and the thread that runs through it is the beauty of growing old. Despite the inconvenience, old age brings the contentment of less is more. Your mistakes and big ambitions are behind you, nothing left to prove, and small things give you great pleasure because that’s what’s left.
Come From Away

All Things Equal: The Life and Trials of Ruth Bader Ginsburg

Over the course of 90 fascinating and often funny minutes, this new play by Tony Award-winning playwright Rupert Holmes lets you step into RGB’s life and her many trials: She lost her mother the day before she graduated as valedictorian of her Brooklyn high school.
