Greeley Parks Division Provides Paw-some Improvements to Dog Park

The City of Greeley will start work on November 13 to improve the walking path and repair fencing. The walking path allows visitors to walk the park perimeter while their dogs play. Repaired fencing improves safety so dogs stay contained within the park. A shaded structure will be installed in early 2024.

To keep dogs and their owners safe, the park will close for approximately two weeks so work can be performed. Check the City's Facebook page for information on the park's opening.

In the meantime, Parks staff recommend visiting Wag-n-Tails, located north of Discovery Bay Water Park, 711 East 24th Street. For more information on Greeley's Parks, please visit https://greeleygov.com/activities/parks.
